HOW WE MAKE A CAMPUS COURSE PAK:

It's important you understand the steps taken in creating a course pak in order to make the best product possible in the shortest amount of time.

1. Placing the Order: It's simple enough.
   • You can order on-line
   • You can print our pdf order form (Acrobat Reader required) and either fax it to us or mail it to us.
   • You can call us and we'll fax our order forms directly to you.
     
     
2. Filling out the order form:
   The order form is our link between you, copyright clearance and production. Improper or incomplete information is by far the greatest reason for delay when putting together a course packet. It is VITAL that information on the order forms is filled out completely and accurately.
   
   
3. Submission of order forms:
   This must be done 35 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
   Remember that all articles must clear copyright. Approximate clearance time is 25 business days. The timeframe provided allows us to begin work on copyright before you even send us your articles! Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of your order.
   
   
4. Send us the article:
   Within a week or two after you submit your order form please send us the articles you are going to use in your course packet. Along with your articles please send any other items you want to be included in your course packet. (Syllabus, table of contents, bibliography, etc.)
   
   DO NOT SEND actual journals, texts, newspapers, etc.
   ALL ARTICLES MUST ARRIVE
   
   • as one-sided copies on standard 8.5X11" letter size paper
   • in good condition with no cut off pages and dark enough that it can be reproduced cleanly

   We are happy to provide a table of contents FOR YOU, if you send us the order in which you would like the articles to appear. If order is not important we eill organize the course packet and table of contents alphabetically by author.
   
   

5. Confirmation:
   A few days after we receive your articles one of our reperesentatives will contact you with the price of the pack for your students. (If you would like to approximate how much the course packet will cost before you submit the order, please see our price list and costing procedure .
   
   We are happy to go over the prices of individual articles with you. If it is necessary we will work with you on removing costly articles and re-arranging the pack to suit your and your students' needs.
   
   
6. Production
   After price is approved and copyright has cleared we begin production of the course packets. Production takes about 5 working days.
   
   REMEMBER! The closer we are to the beginning of a semester the busier we all become. Orders and articles that are not received by the specific time will take longer to produce so please stick to the guidelines above.
   
   
7. Completion:
   We inform you that your books are ready and when they will be available to your students.
